• Account & Studio Profile: Full name, professional email address, design studio name, business registration information, and studio branding assets (logos and typography).
• Project & Specification Data: FF&E schedule line items, finish schedules, spatial pinboards, mood boards, room dimensions, supplier product specs, and high-resolution imagery.
• Commercial & Financial Information: Supplier net trade costs, retail pricing formulas, studio commission percentages, multi-currency budget inputs (e.g., INR, USD, EUR, GBP), and invoicing records.
• 1-Click Pinterest & Web Clipper Content: Furnishing imagery, spec dimensions, trade pricing, and metadata imported directly from Pinterest or third-party manufacturer websites.
• Client Portal Sign-Off Logs: Client names, email addresses, item review comments, and cryptographic digital approval timestamps.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, browser type, device operating system, referring URLs, and error diagnostics for platform stability.

03. Trade Margin Firewalls & Confidentiality

Interior architecture and design rely fundamentally on supplier trade confidentiality. Krevio enforces role-based permission firewalls built directly into our database architecture:

• Client View Isolation: When clients access live project dashboards or receive exported PDF presentations, all supplier net costs, trade discount percentages, and studio margins are permanently stripped from the rendered output.
• Contractor Spec Book Redaction: Spec books generated for general contractors and joinery fabricators exclude financial data while preserving dimension, finish, and installation specifications.

04. How We Use Your Information

We use studio data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes:

• Providing real-time collaboration between studio team members.
• Executing multi-currency budget calculations and automatic exchange rate updates.
• Generating architectural tear sheets, finish schedules, and binder covers.
• Delivering transactional notifications (e.g., client approval confirmations, billing receipts).
• Providing concierge data migration assistance from legacy spreadsheets.
• Safeguarding our platform against unauthorized intrusion, spam, and abuse.

Krevio employs defense-in-depth infrastructure to protect your firm's intellectual assets:

• Encryption in Transit: All communication between your browser and Krevio servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
