01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Krevio Design by KrevioTech ("Krevio," "we," "our") and the design studio, corporate entity, or individual practitioner ("Subscriber," "you") registering for, accessing, or using the Krevio platform and services.

By completing the studio registration process, activating a trial, or using any feature on www.krevio.design, you signify your full agreement to these Terms.

02. Platform Access & Studio Tiers

Krevio provides cloud software engineered specifically for interior architecture practices, solo interior designers, and multidisciplinary design studios. Access is provisioned under defined studio subscription plans:

• Solo Atelier Plan: Engineered for independent practitioners and duos, supporting up to 2 team member seats, unlimited active design projects, unlimited free client view-only portals, and full FF&E specification tools.
• Studio Pro Plan: Engineered for growing interior design practices, supporting up to 5 team member seats, confidential trade margin locks, vendor deposit tracking, billable hours, and concierge spreadsheet onboarding.
• Enterprise Practices: Custom seat allocations, single sign-on (SSO), and dedicated architectural API access available via studio concierge consultation.

03. 7-Day Free Trial Policy

We offer a 7-day complimentary trial with unrestricted feature access:

• No payment card or upfront financial commitment is required to start your trial.
• You may create live projects, import furnishings, and test client approvals immediately.
• At the end of the 7-day trial period, you may choose to activate a paid subscription. If you choose not to subscribe, your account enters read-only mode, allowing you to export your data without penalty.

04. Billing, Currencies & Launch Price Guarantee

Subscription fees are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual cycle (with a 20% discount on annual billing).

• Multi-Currency Support: Billing is available in United States Dollars ($ USD) and Indian Rupees (₹ INR) based on studio region.
• Launch Rate Lock: Studios subscribing under our launch rates receive a guaranteed 1-year price freeze on their selected tier until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your studio settings. Access continues through the conclusion of your active billing period.

05. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and ownership in all design assets, images, furniture schedules, mood boards, and architectural specifications you upload or curate in Krevio.

Krevio claims zero ownership or intellectual property rights over your project deliverables, client contracts, or trade pricing data.

06. Acceptable Use & Studio Responsibilities

When using Krevio Design, you agree not to reverse engineer the platform, harvest public product libraries, share individual user seat credentials outside your studio team, or upload malicious code.

07. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Krevio Design is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target and perform automated redundant backups, Krevio does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In no event shall Krevio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost studio profits or contractor delay claims.
